Cumbria Dance: Term Dates and Fees
Autumn Term 2008
Monday 1st September (state schools start on Tuesday 2nd September) - Saturday 13th December
(no break for half-term)
Spring Term 2009
Monday 5th January (NB. This is before the state schools start on 7th January) - Saturday 4th April
(no break for half-term)
Summer Term 2009
Monday 20th April - Saturday 18th July (state schools finish Thursday 16th July)
Half Term: Saturday 23rd May – Friday 29th May (inclusive) NB. We take off the first Saturday of the half term holiday to coincide with the Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend.
10 Week Block Payments
We divide our fees into 4x10 week blocks. Fees are due at the begining of each block as follows:
1st Block - week begining Monday 1 September
2nd Block - week begining Monday 10 Novemberr
3rd Block - week begining Friday 9 February
4th Block - week begining Monday 4 May
Fees
Payment of fees is in blocks of ten weeks and due at the beginning of each 10-week block. There are no refunds for missed classes whether through illness, known family commitments or students leaving during a ten-week block.
Exceptions:
- new students may pay weekly for the first three weeks;
- families paying for more than one class may pay in two installments;
- suitable arrangements may be made with families experiencing financial difficulties
Fees for classes are calculated on a weekly, accumulated time basis as follows (this applies to each individual student and not families):
